These terms apply to your use of the Bond Osteopathy website and to appointments booked with us. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Website content

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from a registered health practitioner and does not create a practitioner-patient relationship. You should not rely on it to diagnose or treat any condition. Always seek advice from a qualified practitioner about your individual circumstances, and seek urgent care in an emergency.

Appointments, cancellations and payment

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the clinic. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 12 hours' notice where possible so the time can be offered to another patient. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may incur a $50 fee. Fees are shown when you book, and payment is due at the time of your appointment. Where you are eligible, private health rebates can be claimed on the spot through HICAPS and you pay the gap.

Booking system

Online booking is provided through a third-party system (Cliniko). Your use of that system is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

New-patient offer

Our first-visit offer of $79 (normally $115) is available to new patients of Bond Osteopathy only, one use per person, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It applies to an initial consultation with Dr James Beninati (Osteopath). It is an ongoing offer that may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Private health rebates may apply where you are eligible.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by Bond Osteopathy unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bond Osteopathy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
